Mag Copper Limited announces that John Cullen has been appointed a director of the Company.

Mr. Cullen has over 25 years experience in public company financing, corporate/capital structuring and management. Following 15 years of investment brokerage experience, Mr. Cullen founded a number of public international resource companies, including CGX Energy Inc. and Candax Energy Inc. Mr. Cullen is a founder/board member of a number of oil and gas and mining enterprises.

In connection with the appointment, Michael Whitney has resigned as Director of the Company.

Osisko Submits Notice of Termination in Duparquet Project

Osisko Mining Corporation has notified Clifton Star Resources Inc. of its decision to terminate its participation in the Duparquet Mining Camp Project in accordance with the Option and Joint Venture Agreement (the “Agreement”). Under the terms of the Agreement, a 30-day notice is required prior to the termination becoming effective.

Osisko Mining Corporation is currently commissioning the Canadian Malartic Gold Project, evaluating adjacent areas for a large-scale open pit, bulk-tonnage mining operation and pursuing exploration of the Hammond Reef Gold Project in Northern Ontario.

Canadian Zinc and Liidlii Kue First Nation Sign Impact and Benefits Agreement for the Prairie Creek Mine

Canadian Zinc Corporation announces the signing of an Impact and Benefits Agreement (“IBA”) with the Liidlii Kue First Nation with respect to the development and operation of the Company’s Prairie Creek Mine in the Northwest Territories of Canada.

Cabo Drilling Corp. Awarded Drill Contract by Ber Alb Sh A

Cabo Drilling Corp. is pleased to announce that Ber Alb SH A, which is part of the Ekin Maden Group located in Istanbul, Turkey, has awarded Cabo Drilling Corp. – Albania division, located in Tirana, Albania, a second phase underground drilling contract of 4,000 meters.

The original drill program, which consisted of 4,000+ meters of NQ drilling, was successfully completed by Cabo in December, 2010. The phase one drilling program was split between BerAlb’s Lac Rosh Mine and the Munella Mine, both of which are located in the northeastern Albania mountain region, within the administrative borders of Fush Arrez County in Puke Province. Laurion Announces Proposed Private Placement

Laurion Mineral Exploration Inc. is pleased to announce a proposed non-brokered private placement (the “Offering”) of up to 7,500,000 flow-through units (each a “Unit”) at a price of $0.10 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $750,000.

Each Unit shall consist of: (i) one common share of Laurion (each a ” FT Share”), which will qualify as a flow-through share pursuant to the Income TaxAct (Canada); and (ii) one common share purchase warrant (each a “Warrant”).
